Gina Thompson has over 12 years of experience in the Medical Aesthetic industry. Her journey began as a makeup artist and over the years has furthered her career by blending her artistic talents with the exciting world of plastic surgery. She has been an integral part of developing skin care and
Aesthetic programs for various plastic surgery centers in the Midwest and Hawaii.
Gina earned her certification as a Medical Aesthetician and Paramedical Camouflage Therapist from the Advanced Aesthetics Institute in Salt Lake City,
Utah. She has also completed advanced studies in fashion photographic makeup
from Complections International in Toronto, Canada. She stays current with
the latest information in the field of Aesthetics by attending annual conferences
from the Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists and the Allergan Aesthetic Leadership Forum.
Throughout her career, Gina’s roles in this industry have included Medical Aesthetician, Camouflage makeup artist, Aesthetic Manager, Product Specialist
and Marketing Coordinator. Recently, Gina has been working closely with
Aesthetic schools to develop advanced education classes to prepare
Aestheticians for careers in the medical field. She has also been asked to
speak to plastic surgery residents nationwide in an effort to expose them to
the world of Aesthetics.
Gina is truly passionate about the integration of skin care and Aesthetic
services in a medical setting. Her strengths in patient care, product
development, internal marketing and attention to detail have been proven
over the years with remarkable Aesthetic sales growth at her various positions.
She is excited about the possibility of successfully connecting more medical and
Aesthetic professionals.

Nikki Helferich has had a comprehensive journey in the
aesthetic and medical aesthetic world. She has worked as a Regional
Representative for a cosmeceutical firm for over 5 years and as a
representative for a non-surgical and laser device company. She also has
experience serving as a Clinical Skin Care Technician and as a Medical Laser Technician. She is also a Certified Trainer in advanced aesthetics from the GlyMed
Plus Institute in Utah.
Nikki earned her Bachelors of Science in Marketing from
Oakland University. As a regional representative Nikki has been able to further
cultivate her marketing skills and bring her clients' business strategies to
succeed in the competitive spa market. Utilizing her vast knowledge of the skin
care and medical spa industry along with her marketing degree allows her to
give clients powerful tools that increase growth and profitability. From the ARRA she has earned her certification as a
Certified Medical Laser Technician. She has personally worked with the most
state-of-the-art light and laser technologies and has participated in FDA
approval studies for new technology within the medical spa.
Nikki feels that her expertise is consulting that
incorporates Marketing Strategies and Promotions which align core values and
business strategies to build customer loyalty and client profitability; all
while lending technical advice on Aesthetic treatments and Skin Care programs
that will give the patient remarkable results.

Dr. Richard Beil is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with over 13 years of experience performing cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. His career began in
1994 when he joined the Center for Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery in Ann
Arbor, Michigan. He currently serves as the Chief of Staff at St. Joseph Mercy
Saline Hospital and continues his role as a surgeon and business partner for one of
the largest private plastic surgery practices in Southeastern Michigan.
At the Center for Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, Dr. Beil performs the latest techniques after personally consulting with each patient individually. His practice,
which includes surgical procedures for the face, breast and body is complemented
by a complete Aesthetic center. Dr. Beil truly believes that a full service practice is
a great way to provide his patients with the best possible care and has allowed him
to build lasting relationships with many of his valued clients over the years.
Dr. Beil’s education began at Ohio State University Medical School and was
followed by a Research fellowship at John Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore and a
Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Residency at the University of Michigan. He became
Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery in 1996 and is an active
member of the American Society of Aesthetic Surgeons, the American Cleft Palate
and Craniofacial Society and the Dingman Society of the University of Michigan.
Dr. Beil has written scientific papers and lectures nationally on several plastic
surgery topics.
As primary Resident Liaison for the University of Michigan, Dr. Beil takes pride in mentoring residents from this prestigious surgical program. “Education in all aspects
of the Plastic Surgery world is so important today in order for aspiring Plastic
Surgeons to become successful. I hope to continue to guide young surgeons by
providing them with surgical techniques as well as practical tools for practice
management.”
